The 2021 Hyundai Tucson SE Has Excellent Value
It makes sense to want to get the most out of every dollar you invest. If you’re looking for a new SUV and want it to be money well spent, it’s time to check out the 2021 Hyundai Tucson SE. This is the base model of the Tucson that we offer, and is priced affordably, which should make a lot of our Cleveland, OH customers intrigued.
Performance
The Tucson SE will be something that you can count on. It runs on a 2.0-liter engine that can deliver 161 horsepower, and it’s up to you whether to get your new SUV with front-wheel or all-wheel drive. Front-wheel-drive Tucsons can achieve up to 28 miles per gallon on the highway and 23 miles per gallon in the city. All-wheel-drive Tucsons are also quite efficient with an estimated 25/22 (highway/city) miles per gallon. Hyundai has put in a six-speed automatic transmission into the Tucson SE, and since it has a SHIFTRONIC feature, you can opt to manually shift whenever you want to. The towing capacity is 1,500 pounds.
Interior
Where the Tucson SE really shines is in its cabin. It has a spacious back seat with over 38 inches of legroom, and it has a maximum cargo capacity of nearly 62 cubic feet. It’s easy to fold down the rear seatbacks whenever you need to create more room. There are cloth seats in the SE trim, a cargo area with a floor that can be raised or lowered, and a seven-inch touchscreen. At Great Lakes Hyundai near Akron, we know how much people rely on their technology, and you’ll be happy to hear that Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are both standard. Other standard components are a rearview monitor and remote keyless entry.
The SE comes with numerous driver-assist systems. The SUV can center itself in a lane, hit the brakes if it’s about to hit a vehicle in front of it, and warn drivers if it seems like their attention is waning.
